Nero von Nurnberg is a very handsome 4-5 year old German Shepherd.  He is one of the hunkiest boys at Westside but his popularity with the volunteers stems from his big heart and well-behaved nature.  Nero has all the qualities that you can check off your list: housebroken, perfectly trained (knows sit, down, come, and stay), PERFECT in the car, polite with treats, amazing with kids and people… the list never ends!   Nero loves to accompany volunteers on their errand runs and loves to play gently with children of all ages.  He is mid energy and nearly prances like a show dog when he goes on walks.  He is good with other big dogs and will invite nice females to play.  Nero’s dream home is one where his parents are home most of the time or willing to take him with them when they leave.  He hopes that you come calling for him soon – this sweet boy will be the apple of your eye.
